Went to check out the forums for dex...
There are a number of reasons the site might be suspended. We have noted the most common below:
1) resource usage impacts server performance
2) compromised outdated script or compromised website
3) site is running illegal or banned processes or software
4) non-payment
Account owners are notified ahead of time if at all possible before suspending an account, however if the problem is impacting the server performance, we frequently have no recourse other than immediate suspension. In this case, account owners are notified as soon as possible once we have stabalized the server.
Please contact your hosting provider for more information.
